[2026-08-20 16:00] We’ve identified and optimized multiple queries that reduces the load. We updated several dependencies which should further optimize the system.
Investigating
[2026-08-12 15:15] We are experiencing problems with the file related endpoints, which affects most of our services.
[2026-08-12 21:00] We are still investigating the problem, we narrowed it down that the problem happens when the systems are under heavy load for downloading/uploading files. Currently the systems are operating normally, but we keep a close eye on them.
[2026-08-20 16:00] We identified some n+1 queries that caused unnecessary load. We observed the system closely and consider it to be stable again.
